(ភ្នំពេញ)៖ នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃចន្ទ ទី២៨ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ នៅសណ្ឋាគារ Raffles Hotel Le Royal ភ្នំពេញ លោកជំទាវ តឹករ៉េត កំរង រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម បានចូលរួមថ្លែងសុន្ទរកថាបើកវេទិកាតុមូល ស្តីពី ការទាយយកអត្ថប្រយោជន៍ពីកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងដំឡើងកម្រិតនៃការបង្កើតតំបន់ពាណិជ្ជកម្មសេរីអាស៊ាន-អូស្រ្តាលី-នូវែលសេឡង់ (AANZFTA) ដោយមានការចូលរួមពី លោកស្រី Kirsty Harris ទីប្រឹក្សា និងជាប្រធានកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ នៃស្ថានទូតអូស្រ្តលីប្រចាំកម្ពុជា និងឯកឧត្តម លោកជំទាវតំណាងក្រសួង-ស្ថាប័ន ឧកញ៉ា លោក លោកស្រីតំណាងវិស័យឯកជនទាំងអស់សរុបចំនួន ១៨០នាក់។
ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ លោកជំទាវរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ បានថ្លែងអំណរគុណយ៉ាងជ្រាលជ្រៅដល់រដ្ឋាភិបាលអូស្រ្តាលី និងនូវែលសេឡង់ ដែលតែងតែផ្តល់ការគាំទ្រ និងសហការយ៉ាងជិតស្និទ្ធជាមួយរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា ជាពិសេសការគាំទ្រដល់ការរៀបចំវេទិកាតុមូលនាថ្ងៃនេះ ក្រោមកញ្ចប់ថវិកាសម្រាប់ការអភិវឌ្ឍពាណិជ្ជកម្មក្នុងតំបន់សម្រាប់ការអភិវឌ្ឍ (Regional Trade For Development-RT4D) ដែលជាគំនិតផ្តួចផ្តើមមួយជួយដល់ប្រទេសជាសមាជិកអាស៊ាន ក្នុងការប្រើប្រាស់ និងទាញយកអត្ថប្រយោជន៍ពីការបង្កើតនិងការអនុវត្តតំបន់ពាណិជ្ជកម្មសេរីអាស៊ាន-អូស្ត្រាលី-នូវែលសេឡង់ (AANZFTA) ក៏ដូចជាកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងភាពជាដៃគូសេដ្ឋកិច្ចគ្រប់ជុ្រងជ្រោយក្នុងតំបន់ (RCEP) ផងដែរ។
លោកជំទាវរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ បន្តថា វេទិកាតុមូលនេះ នឹងរួមចំណែកយ៉ាងសំខាន់ក្នុងការផ្តល់ជាពុទ្ធិបន្ថែមដល់សិក្ខាកាមទាំងអស់ ជាពិសេស វិស័យឯកជនសហគ្រាសធុនតូច និងមធ្យម ដើម្បីទទួលជ្រាបបន្ថែមពីអត្ថប្រយោជន៍នៃកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងនេះ ពាក់ព័ន្ធនឹង ពាណិជ្ជកម្មទំនិញ វិធានដើមកំណើតទំនិញ នីតិវិធីពន្ធគយនិងកិច្ចសម្រួលពាណិជ្ជកម្ម វិធានអនាម័យនិងភូតគាមអនាម័យ បទប្បញ្ញត្តិបច្ចេកទេសនិងនីតិវិធីអនុលោមភាពនានា ពាណិជ្ជកម្មសេវាកម្ម ពាណិជ្ជកម្មអេឡិចត្រូនិក និងការវិនិយោគ ជាដើម។
លោកជំទាវរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ បន្ថែមថា វេទិកានេះ ក៏ផ្តល់ឱកាសដល់ធុរកិច្ចរបស់យើងក្នុងការចែករំលែកបទពិសោធន៍ជុំវិញការនាំចេញទៅ និងនាំចូលមកវិញពីទីផ្សារអូស្ត្រាលី និងនូវែលសេឡង់ ដោយផ្តោតលើឧត្តមានុវត្តន៍ គន្លឹះទីផ្សារ យុទ្ធសាស្រ្ត និងបញ្ហាប្រឈមនានាពីការអនុវត្តកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងនេះ។

(Phnom Penh): On the morning of Monday, 28 April 2025, at the Raffles Hotel Le Royal Phnom Penh, Her Excellency TEKRETH Kamrang, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce, delivered the opening remarks at the Business Roundtable on “Reaping Benefits from ASEAN-Australia-New Zealand Free Trade Area (AANZFTA) Upgrade together with Mrs. Kirsty Harris, Counselor and Head of Development Cooperation of the Australian Embassy in Cambodia, with the participation from 173 representatives of relevant ministries, government agencies and private sectors.
On that occasion, Her Excellency Secretary of State expressed deep gratitude to the Governments of Australia and New Zealand for their continued support and close cooperation with the Royal Government of Cambodia, particularly in organizing today’s roundtable under the Regional Trade for Development (RT4D), an initiative to assist ASEAN Member States in utilizing and reaping the benefits of the establishment and implementation of the ASEAN-Australia-New Zealand Free Trade Area (AANZFTA) as well as the Regional Comprehensive Economic Partnership (RCEP).
Her Excellency Secretary of State added that, This roundtable will contribute significantly to providing additional knowledge to all participants, especially the private sector, SMEs, to further understand the benefits of this agreement, especially on technical aspects related to trade in goods, rules of origin, customs procedures and trade facilitation, sanitary and phytosanitary, technical regulations and compliance procedures, trade in services, e-commerce and investment, etc.
Additionally, This forum also provides an opportunity for our businesses to share experiences around export and import, accessing to the Australian and New Zealand markets, focusing on the best practices, market tips, strategies and challenges from implementing this agreement.
