(បាត់ដំបង)៖ នាថ្ងៃសុក្រ ទី១៤ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ អគ្គនាយកដ្ឋានការពារអ្នកប្រើប្រាស់ កិច្ចការប្រកួតប្រជែង និងបង្រ្កាបការក្លែងបន្លំ «ក.ប.ប.» នៃក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ដែលជាសេនាធិការរបស់គណៈកម្មាធិការជាតិការពារអ្នកប្រើប្រាស់ «គ.ជ.ក.ប.» និងគណៈកម្មាធិការប្រកួតប្រជែងកម្ពុជា «គ.ប.ក.» បានសហការជាមួយ កម្មវិធីគាំទ្រការអនុវត្តកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងភាពជាដៃគូសេដ្ឋកិច្ចគ្រប់ជ្រុងជ្រោយតំបន់ RCEP ក្រោមគម្រោងពាណិជ្ជកម្មតំបន់ដើម្បីការអភិវឌ្ឍ (RT4D) គាំទ្រដោយរដ្ឋាភិបាលនៃប្រទេសអូស្ត្រាលីនិងនូវែលសេឡង់ បានរៀបចំសិក្ខាសាលាផ្សព្វផ្សាយស្តីពី «ការអនុវត្តច្បាប់ស្តីពីការប្រកួតប្រជែង ច្បាប់ស្តីពីកិច្ចការពារអ្នកប្រើប្រាស់ និងបទប្បញ្ញត្តិពាក់ព័ន្ធ» នៅសាលាខេត្តបាត់ដំបង ក្រោមអធិបតីភាព លោក ស៊ិន ស៊ីដេត អគ្គនាយករង នៃអគ្គនាយកដ្ឋាន ក.ប.ប. តំណាង ឯកឧត្តម ផាន អូន ប្រតិភូរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាល ទទួលបន្ទុកជាអគ្គនាយក នៃអគ្គនាយកដ្ឋាន ក.ប.ប. ឯកឧត្តម ផេង សិទ្ធី អភិបាលរង នៃគណៈអភិបាលខេត្តបាត់ដំបង និង កញ្ញា ហ្វេត ខុនស៊ីឌាញ លេខាទី២ នៃស្ថានទូតអូស្ត្រាលីប្រចាំកម្ពុជា។
សមាសភាពចូលរួមក្នុងសិក្ខាសាលានាថ្ងៃនេះមានចំនួនប្រមាណ ១៦០នាក់ ដែលរួមមានតំណាងសភាពាណិជ្ជកម្ម តំណាងសមាគមសហគ្រិនស្រ្តីកម្ពុជា តំណាងសមាគមសហគ្រិនវ័យក្មេង តំណាងសម្ព័ន្ធសមាគមសហគ្រាសធុនតូច និងមធ្យមកម្ពុជា មន្ទីរ ស្ថាប័នជុំវិញខេត្តបាត់ដំបង អយ្យការអមសាលាដំបូងខេត្តបាត់ដំបង មន្ទីរពាណិជ្ជកម្មនិងសាខា ក.ប.ប. ខេត្តបាត់ដំបង ខេត្តបន្ទាយមានជ័យ ខេត្តប៉ៃលិន ខេត្តពោធិ៍សាត់ ខេត្តកំពង់ឆ្នាំង ខេត្តកំពង់ចាម ខេត្តត្បូងឃ្មុំ ខេត្តព្រៃវែងនិងខេត្តស្វាយរៀង ព្រមទាំងអាជីវករ ម្ចាស់សហគ្រាស/អាជីវកម្មដែលជាស្ត្រីនិងអ្នកទទួលបានសេវាគ្រាំទ្រតិចតួច សាស្រ្តាចារ្យ និងសិស្សនិស្សិត។ល។
សិក្ខាសាលានេះ មានគោលបំណងលើកកម្ពស់ការយល់ដឹងដល់ភាគីពាក់ព័ន្ធសំខាន់ៗខាងលើអំពីច្បាប់ស្ដីពីការប្រកួតប្រជែង និងច្បាប់ស្ដីពីកិច្ចការពារអ្នកប្រើប្រាស់ ព្រមទាំងជំរុញកិច្ចសន្ទនា សម្របសម្រួលវេទិកាសម្រាប់ការចូលរួមរវាងស្ថាប័នសាធារណៈ និងវិស័យឯកជន ដើម្បីដោះស្រាយបញ្ហាប្រឈម និងកំណត់ឱ្យឃើញពីតម្រូវការនៃការគាំទ្រទាក់ទងនឹងការអនុវត្តច្បាប់ ជាពិសេសបានធ្វើការផ្លាស់ប្តូរ ចែករំលែកនូវបទពិសោធន៍ល្អៗ ការស្វែងរកដំណោះស្រាយនូវបញ្ហាប្រឈមនានា និងបន្តទំនាក់ទំនងគ្នា ព្រមទាំងចូលរួមគោរព ក៏ដូចជាអនុវត្តច្បាប់ឱ្យទទួលបាននូវប្រសិទ្ធភាពនិងប្រសិទ្ធផល។

CCF, in collaboration with the RCEP Implementation Support Program (RISP), organized a dissemination workshop on “Implementation of Competition Law, Consumer Protection Law and Related Regulations” in Battambang Province.

(Battambang): On Friday, 14 March 2025, the General Directorate of Consumer Protection, Competition, and Fraud Repression (CCF) of the Ministry of Commerce, as the Secretariat and Enforcement body of the National Commission for Consumer Protection (NCCP) and the Cambodia Competition Commission (CCC), in collaboration with the RCEP Implementation Support Program (RISP) under the Regional Trade for Development (RT4D) project supported by the governments of Australia and New Zealand, organized a dissemination workshop on “Implementation of Competition Law, Consumer Protection Law and Related Regulations” at Battambang Provincial Hall, presided over by Mr. Sin Sideth, Deputy Director General of CCF, representative of His Excellency PHAN Oun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge of Director General of CCF, His Excellency PHENG Sithy, Deputy Governor of Battambang Province, and Ms. Faith Considine, Second Secretary of the Australian Embassy in Cambodia.
The participants of the above workshop were approximately 160 people, including representatives from the Chamber of Commerce.Cambodian Women Entrepreneurs Association, Young Entrepreneurs Association, Cambodian Small and Medium Enterprises Association, organizations and departments around Battambang province, the Battambang Provincial Prosecutor’s Office, the Department of Commerce and CCF branches in Battambang, Banteay Meanchey, Pailin, Pursat, Kampong Chhnang, Kampong Cham, Tbaung Khmum, Prey Veng, and Svay Rieng Province, as well as vendors, women-led businesses, and disadvantaged groups, professors, and students, etc.
The workshop aimed to raise awareness among key stakeholders about the Competition Law and the Consumer Protection Law, and to promote dialogue, facilitate a forum for public and private sector participation to address challenges and identify needs for support related to law enforcement, in particular, to exchange and share good experiences, find solutions to challenges, continue to communicate, and promote compliance and implementation of the laws and regulations efficiently and effectively.
