(ភ្នំពេញ)៖ នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃចន្ទ ទី៨ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ នៅឯសណ្ឋាគារប៉ូឡូវ៉ៃ ឯកឧត្តម អ៊ុំ កុសល អនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងជាតំណាងដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ លោកជំទាវ ចម និម្មល រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមជាគណៈអធិបតីក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំសម្រាប់វិនិយោគិននៃកម្មវិធីផ្តួចផ្តើមសហគ្រិនក្នុងកិច្ចការបន្សាំនឹងការប្រែប្រួលអាកាសធាតុ និងគោលដៅអភិឌ្ឍន៍ប្រកបដោយចីរភាពនៅកម្ពុជា ដែលរៀបចំឡើងដោយកម្មវិធីអភិវឌ្ឍន៍អង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិ (UNDP) ប្រចាំកម្ពុជា។ 

កិច្ចប្រជុំខាងនេះ ក៏មានការចូលរួមពីតំណាងក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ក្រុមប្រឹក្សាអភិវឌ្ឍន៍កម្ពុជា កម្មវិធីអភិវឌ្ឍន៍អង្គការសហប្រជាជាតិ (UNDP) ប្រចាំកម្ពុជា និងតំណាងពាក់ព័ន្ធមកពីអង្គការក្រៅរដ្ឋាភិបាល សមាគម និងវិស័យឯកជនជាច្រើនរូប ហើយមានគោលបំណងដើម្បីជួយសម្រួលដល់កិច្ចសន្ទនារវាងវិនិយោគិន និងសហគ្រាស/គម្រោងនានា ដែលត្រូវបានកំណត់តាមរយៈកម្មវិធី Growth Stage Impact Ventures (GSIV) សម្រាប់ការបន្សាំទៅនឹងបម្រែបម្រួលអាកាសធាតុ នៅកម្ពុជា។បន្ថែមពីនេះ កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះ ក៏បានរៀបចំឡើងដើម្បី ១.) បង្កើនចំណាប់អារម្មណ៍ និងការយល់ដឹងពីវិស័យសាធារណៈ និងឯកជនជុំវិញដំណោះស្រាយ និងការវិនិយោគទីផ្សារដែលផ្អែកលើអាកាសធាតុ និង ២.) កៀរគរ និងបញ្ជូនមូលធនផ្នែកឯកជន និងហិរញ្ញប្បទានចម្រុះឆ្ពោះទៅរកការបន្សាំបម្រែបម្រួលអាកាសធាតុ និងដើម្បីធ្វើពិពិធកម្មប្រភពហិរញ្ញប្បទានអាកាសធាតុដោយប្រើប្រាស់ទុនលើឱកាសទីផ្សារដែលមានស្រាប់៕  

(Phnom Penh): On the morning of Monday, 8 April 2024, at Poulo Wai Hotel, His Excellency OUM Kosal, Under Secretary of State of Commerce, High Representative of Her Excellency CHAM Nimul, Minister of Commerce, co-presided over the meeting of the investor convening of the growth stage impact venture (GSIV) programme on climate change adaptation and sustainable development goais (SDG) in Cambodia, which was organized by UNDP to Cambodia.

This meeting was also attended by representatives from the Ministry of Commerce (MoC), the Council for the Development of Cambodia (CDC), UNDP to Cambodia, and relevant NGOs, associations, and the private sector, etc. This meeting aims to facilitate the dialogue between investors and enterprises/projects identified through the GSIV for climate adaptation in Cambodia.

The event also seeks to: (i) Raise public and private sector interest and awareness around climate-anchored market solutions and investments.; and (ii) mobilize and channel private sector capital and blended financing towards climate change adaptation; and to diversify sources of climate financing by capitalizing on existing market opportunities.
