(កំពត) នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃពុធ ទី១៥ ខែវិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ អគ្គនាយកដ្ឋាន ក.ប.ប. សហការជាមួយក្រុមហ៊ុនកម្មសិទ្ធិបញ្ញា S&O បានរៀបចំវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាល ស្តីពី «ការ កំណត់អត្តសញ្ញណផលិតផល» ជូនដល់មន្ត្រីស៊ើបអង្កេតនៃសាខា ក.ប.ប. ខេត្តកំពតចំនួនប្រមាណ ២០រូប។

វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលត្រូវបានប្រារព្ធឡើង ក្រោមអធិបតីភាពលោក ប៉ែន វីរៈឧត្តម អគ្គនាយករង តំណាងដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ឯកឧត្តម ផាន អូន ប្រតិភូរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជាទទួលបន្ទុក ជាអគ្គនាយកនៃអគ្គនាយកដ្ឋាន ក.ប.ប. និងលោកស្រី ហេង ស៊ីលីន ភ្នាក់ងារតំណាងស្របច្បាប់កម្មសិទ្ធិបញ្ញា នៃក្រុមហ៊ុនកម្មសិទ្ធិបញ្ញា S&O។វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនាថ្ងៃនេះ គឺជាវគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលើកទី ៧ ហើយអគ្គនាយកដ្ឋាន ក.ប.ប. បានរៀបចំឡើងជាមួយក្រុមហ៊ុនកម្មសិទ្ធិបញ្ញា S&O ហើយបានបង្កើតជាយន្តការមួយក្នុងការផ្តល់នូវចំណេះដឹង បន្ថែម ជូនដល់មន្ត្រីស៊ើបអង្កេត នៃអគ្គនាយកដ្ឋាន ក.ប.ប. ដើម្បីអាចកំណត់ បាន អំពីភាព ខុសគ្នារវាងផលិតផលពិត និងផលិតផលក្លែងក្លាយ។ វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាលនេះ មានការចូលរួមធ្វើបទបង្ហាញ ពីសំណាក់អ្នកជំនាញការមកពីក្រុមហ៊ុន S&O ដែលជាក្រុមហ៊ុន មួយមានជំនាញច្បាស់លាស់ក្នុងការធ្វើជាភ្នាក់ងារតំណាងកម្មសិទ្ធិបញ្ញារបស់ក្រុមហ៊ុនល្បីៗជាច្រើននៅលើពិភពលោក។ ជាមួយគ្នានេះ វគ្គបណ្តុះបណ្តាល នេះបាន សបញ្ជាក់ អំពីសារៈសំខាន់នៃការធ្វើកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការរវាងវិស័យឯកជន នឹងស្ថាប័នអនុវត្តច្បាប់ ក្នុងប្រយុទ្ធប្រឆាំង នឹងផលិតផលក្លែងក្លាយក្នុងទីផ្សារ ដែលជាវិធីសាស្រ្ត មួយអាច កាត់បន្ថយ នូវបញ្ហាប្រឈម និងភាពស្មុគស្មាញ ក្នុងការស្វែងរកបទល្មើសរបស់មន្ត្រី អនុវត្តច្បាប់ ព្រមទាំងអាចធានាបានប្រសិទ្ធិភាពក្នុងអនុវត្តច្បាប់។

(Kampot) On the morning of Wednesday, 15 November 2023, the CCF Directorate General incorporation with S&O intellectual property company has organized a training course on "Product Identification" for Investigating Officers of the CCF Kampot Provincial Branch.The training was presided by Mr. PENN Virakoudom, Deputy Director General, Representative of His Excellency PHANN Oun, Delegate of the Royal Government of Cambodia in charge as Director General of CCF and Ms. HENG Seavlin, Trandmark Agent of S&O Intellectual Property.Today's training course is the 7th training course with the aim to established a mechanism to provide additional knowledge to the investigating officers CCF, for them to be able to differentiate between Genuine and fake products. This training course was presented by experts from S&O, a company that specializes in the intellectual property representing many famous companies around the world.At the same time, this training emphasizes the importance of cooperation between the private sector and law enforcement agencies in the fight against counterfeit products, as well as find solutions to reduce challenges and the complexity arise between enforcers and business.
