His Excellency NAM Lynal, Undersecretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce Leads Cambodian Delegation to the 1st International Planning Meeting

(Belgrade, Serbia): On 10-11 June 2025 in Belgrade, Serbia, His Excellency NAM Lynal, Undersecretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce,led the Cambodian delegation to attend the 1st International Planning Meeting (IPM) for the Specialized Expo 2027 in Belgrade, Serbia.
This meeting was presided over by His Excellency Siniša Mali, First Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Finance of the Republic of Serbia, and was attended by Mr. Dušan Borovčanin, CEO of Expo 2027 Belgrade; Mr. Dimitri Kerkentzes, Secretary General of the Bureau International des Expositions (BIE); and delegates from 154 countries.
The purpose of the meeting was to provide updates on the preparations for Expo 2027 Belgrade, including detailed information on theme development, key dates, introductions to respective working groups, and presentations on infrastructure developments essential to supporting.Expo 2027 Belgrade — such as public transportation, exhibition venues, accommodations for participants, and more.
On this occasion, His Excellency Undersecretary of State also held a bilateral meeting with His Excellency Nikola Stojanovic, Deputy Minister of Internal and Foreign Trade of Serbia, to discuss ways to further strengthen and expand bilateral cooperation in the field of commerce between the two countries.
It is also noted that the Specialized Expo 2027 Belgrade will take place over a period of three months, from May 15 to August 15, 2027, under the theme: "Play for Humanity – Sport and Music for All," in Belgrade, Serbia.
