អង្គការអន្តរជាតិសម្រាប់សន្ធានកម្ម នឹងត្រូវបង្កើតឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណងលើកកម្ពស់និងសម្របសម្រួលការដោះស្រាយវិវាទអន្តរជាតិដោយសន្តិវិធី អភិវឌ្ឍទំនាក់ទំនងជាមិត្តភាព និងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការរវាងរដ្ឋតាមរយៈយន្ដការសន្ធានកម្ម ដើម្បីឆ្លើយតបទៅនឹងតម្រូវការនៃជម្រើសនិងភាពបត់បែនក្នុងការដោះស្រាយវិវាទអន្តរជាតិ និងកំណើននៃការប្រើប្រាស់យន្តការសន្ធានកម្មសម្រាប់ដោះស្រាយវិវាទអន្ដរជាតិ។

(Phnom Penh): On the afternoon of Tuesday, 20 May 2025, at the Ministry of Commerce, Her Excellency CHAM Nimul, Minister of Commerce, chaired the preparatory meeting of the Signing of Convention on the Establishment of the International Organization for Mediation (IOMed Convention) and related events, which is scheduled to be held on May 29-30, 2025 in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People's Republic of China.

The International Organization for Mediation (IOMed) will be established with the aim to promote and facilitate peaceful settlement of international disputes and to develop friendly relations and cooperation among States through mediation to reflect the need for flexibility in the settlement of international disputes and the increasing use of mediation in international dispute settlement.
