(Phnom Penh): On the morning of Thursday, 8 May 2025, at the Ministry of Commerce, His Excellency SAMHENG Bora, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Commerce, received a courtesy call from Ms. Sumaya Al Shamsi, Director of the Strategic Partnerships and Protocol Department of the Dubai International Chamber of Commerce, to discuss trade cooperation and bilateral business opportunities between Cambodia and the UAE.
