(ហាណូយ)៖ នារសៀលថ្ងៃចន្ទ ទី២៨ ខែមេសា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ នៅរដ្ឋធានីហាណូយ សាធារណរដ្ឋសង្គមនិយមវៀតណាម លោកជំទាវ ចម និម្មល រដ្ឋមន្រ្តីក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម នៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា បានអញ្ជើញដឹកនាំគណៈប្រតិភូកម្ពុជាជួបប្រជុំទ្វេភាគីជាមួយ ឯកឧត្តម Nguyen Hong Dien រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងឧស្សាហកម្ម និងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម នៃសាធារណរដ្ឋសង្គមនិយមវៀតណាម នៅក្រសួងឧស្សាហកម្ម និងពាណិជ្ជកម្មវៀតណាម។
ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ ភាគីទាំងពីរបានពិភាក្សា និងផ្លាស់ប្តូរយោបល់លើយន្តការនានាដើម្បីជំរុញកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការទ្វេភាគី ជាពិសេសលើវិស័យសេដ្ឋកិច្ច ពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងវិនិយោគ ឱ្យកាន់តែស៊ីជម្រៅនិងប្រសើរទ្បើងបន្ថែមទៀត ផ្អែកលើកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការល្អ និងការផ្តល់ផលប្រយោជន៍ឱ្យគ្នាទៅវិញទៅមក សំដៅជំរុញកំណើនពាណិជ្ជកម្ម និងសេដ្ឋកិច្ចរវាងប្រទេសទាំងពីរ។
ភាគីទាំងពីរ បានឯកភាពគ្នាអនុវត្តយន្តការដែលមានស្រាប់ទាំងក្នុងក្របខ័ណ្ឌទ្វេភាគី អាស៊ាន និងពហុភាគី ឱ្យកាន់តែមានប្រសិទ្ធិភាពនិងពេញលេញ ជាពិសេសការធ្វើសមារហណកម្មសេដ្ឋកិច្ចតំបន់តាមរយៈកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងពាណិជ្ជកម្មសេរីអាស៊ាន អាស៊ានបូក១ អាសិប និងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការក្រោមអង្គការពាណិជ្ជកម្មពិភពលោក។
នាឱកាសនោះផងដែរ ដោយទទួលបានការអនុញ្ញាតពីរដ្ឋាភិបាលនៃប្រទេសទាំងពីរ ភាគីទាំងពីរបានចុះហត្ថលេខាលើកិច្ចសម្របសម្រួលជំរុញពាណិជ្ជកម្មទ្វេភាគីរវាងរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលនៃព្រះរាជាណាចក្រកម្ពុជា និងរដ្ឋាភិបាលនៃសាធារណរដ្ឋសង្គមនិយមវៀតណាម ២០២៥-២០២៦ ដែលនឹងចូលរួមចំណែកយ៉ាងសំខាន់ក្នុងការសម្រេចបាននូវគោលដៅពាណិជ្ជកម្មដាក់ចេញដោយថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំកំពូលនៃប្រទេសទាំងពីរ។

(Hanoi): On the afternoon of Monday, 28 April 2025, Hanoi, Socialist Republic of Viet Nam, Her Excellency CHAM Nimul, Minister of Commerce of the Kingdom of Cambodia led Cambodian delegation to attend a bilateral meeting with His Excellency Nguyen Hong Dien, Minister of Industry and Trade of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam, at the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Viet Nam.
On the occasion, both sides discussed and exchanged views on mechanisms to further enhance bilateral cooperation, particularly in the areas of economy, trade, and investment, on the basis of good cooperation and mutual benefits, with the aim of promoting trade and fostering economic growth between the two countries.
Both sides agreed to further implement the existing mechanisms within bilateral, ASEAN and multilateral frameworks more effectively, especially by optimizing the utilization of the regional economic integration through the ASEAN, ASEAN+1 FTA, RCEP and cooperation under the World Trade Organization.
On that occasion, with the permission from the leaders of two countries, both sides also signed the Arrangement on Bilateral Trade Enhancement between the Government of the Kingdom of Cambodia and the Government of the Socialist Republic of Viet Nam 2025-2026, which would significantly contribute to achieving the trade target set by the leaders of the two countries.
