(ហ្សឺណែវ, ស្វ៊ីស)៖ នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃពុធ ទី២៦ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ លោកជំទាវ ចម និម្មល រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម បានអញ្ជើញដឹកនាំគណៈប្រតិភូកម្ពុជា ចូលរួមកិច្ចប្រជុំស្តីពីការត្រួតពិនិត្យឡើងវិញគោលនយោបាយពាណិជ្ជកម្ម (TPR) លើកទី៣របស់កម្ពុជា ដែលប្រព្រឹត្តទៅនៅថ្ងៃទី២៦ និង២៨ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ នៅទីស្នាក់ការអង្គការពាណិជ្ជកម្មពិភពលោក នៅទីក្រុងហ្សឺណែវ ប្រទេសស្វ៊ីស។ កិច្ចប្រជុំនេះមានគោលបំណងត្រួតពិនិត្យអំពីការអនុវត្តគោលនយោបាយពាណិជ្ជកម្មរបស់កម្ពុជាចាប់ពីកិច្ចប្រជុំ TPR លើកទី២ ក្នុងឆ្នាំ២០១៧។
ថ្លែងនៅក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំ លោកជំទាវរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី បានគូសបញ្ជាក់អំពីសារៈសំខាន់ និងការគាំទ្ររបស់កម្ពុជាលើប្រព័ន្ធពាណិជ្ជកម្មពហុភាគីឈរលើវិធានច្បាប់និងគោលការណ៍របស់អង្គការពាណិជ្ជកម្មពិភពលោក ដែលក្នុងនោះ ការចូលរួមក្នុងកិច្ចប្រជុំ TPR លើកទី៣ របស់កម្ពុជានេះ បានឆ្លុះបញ្ចាំងពីការអនុវត្តនិងប្រកាន់ខ្ជាប់នូវគោលការណ៍តម្លាភាព ដែលជាគោលការណ៍មួយដ៏សំខាន់នៃប្រព័ន្ធពាណិជ្ជកម្មពហុភាគី។ ទន្ទឹមនឹងនោះ លោកជំទាវរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី បានជម្រាបជូនអង្គប្រជុំអំពីវឌ្ឍនភាព និងសមិទ្ធផលសំខាន់ៗនានា ដែលកម្ពុជាសម្រេចបានចាប់តាំងពីកិច្ចប្រជុំ TPR លើកទី២ កន្លងមក ជាពិសេសលើការអភិវឌ្ឍសេដ្ឋកិច្ច, ពាណិជ្ជកម្ម, និងវិនិយោគ ដែលបានចូលរួមចំណែកយ៉ាងសំខាន់ក្នុងការអភិវឌ្ឍសង្គម-សេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងការឈានទៅរកការចាកចេញឋានៈជាប្រទេសអភិវឌ្ឍន៍តិចតួចក្នុងឆ្នាំ២០២៩ ខាងមុខ។
ជាមួយគ្នានេះដែរ មានសមាជិកអង្គការពាណិជ្ជកម្មពិភពលោកជាច្រើន បានចូលរួមផ្តល់សេចក្តីថ្លែងការណ៍គាំទ្រ និងកោតសរសើរដល់វឌ្ឍនភាពក្នុងវិស័យសេដ្ឋកិច្ច ពាណិជ្ជកម្មដែលកម្ពុជាសម្រេចបានក្នុងរយៈពេល ២០ ឆ្នាំកន្លងមកក្រោយពីកម្ពុជាបានចូលជាសមាជិកអង្គការពាណិជ្ជកម្មពិភពលោកក្នុងឆ្នាំ២០០៤ ជាពិសេសអំពីភាពធន់នៃសេដ្ឋកិច្ចកម្ពុជាក្នុងអំឡុងពេលនៃវិបត្តិកូវីដ-១៩ កន្លងទៅ។ សមាជិកអង្គការពាណិជ្ជកម្មពិភពលោក ក៏បានវាយតម្លៃខ្ពស់ចំពោះការអនុវត្តនូវកាតព្វកិច្ចរបស់កម្ពុជាក្នុងក្របខណ្ឌអង្គការពាណិជ្ជកម្មពិភពលោក ហើយក៏បានផ្តល់អនុសាសន៍ចូលរួមដល់ការបន្តធ្វើកំណែទម្រង់ច្បាប់និងស្ថាប័ន និងការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍វិស័យសំខាន់ៗ តាមរយៈការបន្តធ្វើឱ្យប្រសើរទ្បើងបន្ថែមនូវបរិយាកាសធុរកិច្ច វិនិយោគ ការធ្វើពិពិធកម្មពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ស្របតាមយុទ្ធសាស្រ្តបញ្ចកោណដំណាក់កាលទី១ និងគោលនយោបាយជាតិនានាដែលបានដាក់ចេញ។
សូមបញ្ជាក់ផងដែរថា កម្ពុជាធ្លាប់បានចូលរួមកិច្ចប្រជុំត្រួតពិនិត្យគោលនយោបាយកម្ពុជាចំនួន ២ លើករួចមកហើយ ចាប់តាំងពីក្លាយជាសមាជិកពេញសិទិ្ធនៃអង្គការ ពាណិជ្ជកម្មពិភពលោក ក្នុងឆ្នាំ២០០៤ មក គឺ លើកទី១ ក្នុងឆ្នាំ២០១១ និងលើកទី២ ក្នុងឆ្នាំ ២០១៧។

(Geneva, Switzerland): On the morning of Wednesday, 26 March 2025, Her Excellency CHAM Nimul, Minister of Commerce, led a Cambodian delegation to attend Cambodia’s 3rd Trade Policy Review (TPR) meeting, held on 26 and 28 March 2025 at the World Trade Organization (WTO) headquarters in Geneva, Switzerland. The meeting aimed to review Cambodia’s trade policy implementation since its 2nd TPR meeting in 2017.
In her remarks, Her Excellency the Minister highlighted Cambodia’s support for the rule-based multilateral trading system and WTO principles. Cambodia’s participation in the 3rd TPR meeting reflects its implementation and adherence to transparency, a fundamental principle of the multilateral trading system. The Minister also informed the meeting about the progress and key achievements Cambodia had made since the 2nd TPR meeting, especially in economic, trade, and investment development, which have contributed significantly to the country’s socioeconomic advancement and its transition toward graduating from Least Developed Country (LDC) status by 2029.
During the meeting, many WTO members delivered statements expressing support and appreciation for Cambodia’s economic and trade progress over the past two decades since its accession to the WTO in 2004, particularly its economic resilience during the COVID-19 pandemic. WTO members also highly valued Cambodia’s efforts in implementing its obligations under the WTO framework and encouraged the country to continue pursuing legal and institutional reforms, further developing key sectors, enhancing the business and investment environment, and promoting trade diversification in line with the Pentagonal Strategy Phase 1 and various national policies.
It is worth noting that since officially becoming a WTO member, Cambodia has participated in two previous Trade Policy Review meetings—the first in 2011 and the second in 2017.
