(ហ្សឺណែវ, ស្វ៊ីស)៖ នារសៀលថ្ងៃសុក្រ ទី២៨ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៥ ក្នុងអំឡុងពេលដឹកនាំគណៈប្រតិភូកម្ពុជាចូលរួមកិច្ចប្រជុំត្រួតពិនិត្យឡើងវិញគោលនយោបាយពាណិជ្ជកម្មកម្ពុជាលើកទី៣ (3rd TPR) នៅទីស្នាក់ការអង្គការពាណិជ្ជកម្មពិភពលោក (WTO) លោកជំទាវ ចម និម្មល រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម បានជួបពិភាក្សាការងារជាមួយ ឯកឧត្តម João Aguiar Machado តំណាងអចិន្ត្រៃយ៍នៃសហភាពអឺរ៉ុប និង ឯកឧត្តម Salomon Eheth តំណាងអចិន្ត្រៃយ៍នៃប្រទេសកាំម៉េរូនប្រចាំ WTO ដែលជាសហប្រធានសម្របសម្រួលគំនិតផ្ដួចផ្ដើមកិច្ចសម្រួលវិនិយោគសម្រាប់ការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍។
ក្នុងជំនួបនេះ សហប្រធានទាំងពីរបានជម្រាបជូនអំពីវឌ្ឍនភាពនៃការរៀបចំកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងកិច្ចសម្រួលវិនិយោគសម្រាប់ការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ ហើយក៏បានជម្រាបជូនថា សមាជិកនៃគំនិតផ្ដួចផ្ដើមទាំងអស់នឹងប្រឹងប្រែងសម្របសម្រួលបន្ថែមទៀត ដើម្បីបញ្ចូលកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងកិច្ចសម្រួលវិនិយោគសម្រាប់ការអភិវឌ្ឍន៍ក្នុងក្របខណ្ឌ WTO។
សូមបញ្ជាក់ជូនថា កិច្ចព្រមព្រៀងកិច្ចសម្របសម្រួលវិនិយោគសម្រាប់ការអភិវឌ្ឍ មានគោលបំណងដើម្បីជួយដល់សមាជិក WTO ដែលជាភាគីនៃកិច្ចព្រមព្រៀង ក្នុងការធ្វើឱ្យប្រសើរឡើងនូវបរិយាកាសវិនិយោគ និងការធ្វើធុរកិច្ចរបស់ពួកគេ ព្រមទាំងជួយសម្រួលដល់វិនិយោគិនលើគ្រប់វិស័យ, ធ្វើឱ្យមានភាពងាយស្រួលដល់ការវិនិយោគ, ការធ្វើប្រតិបត្តិការអាជីវកម្ម, និងការពង្រីកទំហំវិនិយោគរវាងភាគីសមាជិក។
គួរកត់សម្គាល់ផងដែរថា បច្ចុប្បន្នមានសមាជិក WTO ចំនួន ១២៦ បានចូលរួមក្នុងគំនិតផ្តួចផ្តើមកិច្ចសម្របសម្រួលវិនិយោគសម្រាប់ការអភិវឌ្ឍនេះ ហើយក្នុងនោះមានសមាជិកចំនួន ២៧ ជាប្រទេសអភិវឌ្ឍន៍តិចតួច៕

(Geneva, Switzerland): On the afternoon of Friday, 28 March 2025, on the sidelines of Cambodia’s 3rd Trade Policy Review (3rd TPR) at the World Trade Organization (WTO) headquarters, Her Excellency CHAM Nimul, Minister of Commerce, met with His Excellency João Aguiar Machado, Permanent Representative of the European Union to the WTO, and His Excellency Salomon Eheth, Permanent Representative of Cameroon to the WTO, who serve as the co-facilitators of the Investment Facilitation for Development Initiative.
During the meeting, the co-facilitators provided an update on the progress of the Investment Facilitation for Development Agreement (IFDA) and emphasized that all members of the initiative would continue their efforts to incorporate the IFDA into the WTO framework.
The IFDA aims to assist WTO members that are parties to the Agreement in enhancing their investment and business environment. It seeks to streamline processes for investors across all sectors, facilitate ease of investment, and support business operations and expansion among the parties. Currently, 126 WTO members have participated in this initiative, of which 27 are least-developed members.
