(ភ្នំពេញ)៖ នារសៀលថ្ងៃព្រហស្បតិ៍ ទី៧ ខែមីនា ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ នៅសណ្ឋាគារ សាន់ និងមូន រីវើសាយ លោកជំទាវ ចម និម្មល រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម បានអញ្ជើញចូលរួមជាអធិបតីភាពក្នុងពិធីអបអរសាទរទិវាអន្តរជាតិនារី ៨មីនា ២០២៤ ខួបលើកទី១១៣ ក្រោមមូលបទ «ស្ត្រី និងក្មេងស្រី ក្នុងបរិវត្តកម្មឌីជីថល» ដែលមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពីខាងតំណាងក្រសួងកិច្ចការនារី ឯកឧត្តម លោកជំទាវ លោក លោកស្រី ដែលជាថ្នាក់ដឹកនាំ មន្រ្តីរាជការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្មជាច្រើនរូប។  

ថ្លែងក្នុងឱកាសនេះផងដែរ លោកជំទាវរដ្ឋមន្ត្រី បានសម្ដែងនូវការកោតសរសើរ និងវាយតម្លៃខ្ពស់ចំពោះក្រុមការងារយេនឌ័ររបស់ក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្មដែលបានចូលរួមយ៉ាងសកម្ម ព្រមទាំងសម្រេចបាននូវសមិទ្ធផលសំខាន់ៗជាច្រើន ក្នុងការលើកកម្ពស់សមភាពយេនឌ័រ និងការបង្កើនភាពអង់អាចដល់ស្រ្តី។ បន្ថែមពីនេះ លោកជំទាវរដ្ឋមន្រ្តី ក៏បានចែករំលែកនូវសារសំខាន់ៗចំនួន ៣ ដល់អង្គពិធី រួមមាន៖ (១). ស្ត្រីត្រូវបន្តបង្កើនសមត្ថភាពខ្លួនឯង ក្នុងបរិវត្តកម្មឌីជីថល ដើម្បីឈោងចាប់ឱកាស និងភាពវិជ្ជមាន (២). សូមបន្តពង្រឹងសាមគ្គីភាពរវាងស្ត្រីនិងស្ត្រី និងសូមស្វែងរកភាពខ្លាំងរបស់ខ្លួន បង្កើនទំនុកចិត្តចំពោះខ្លួនឯង ជឿជាក់ថាខ្លួនឯងអាចធ្វើការងារសំខាន់ៗបាន និង (៣). ក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម នឹងផ្ដល់ការយកចិត្តទុកដាក់បន្ថែមចំពោះមន្ត្រីរាជការជានារី ក្នុងអំឡុងពេលសម្រាកលំហែមាតុភាព។

(Phnom Penh): On the afternoon of Thursday, 7 March 2024, at Sun & Moon Riverside Hotel, Her Excellency CHAM Nimul, Minister of Commerce, presided over the celebration of International Women's Day, March 8, 2024, the 113th anniversary under the theme “Women and Girls in Digital Transformation,” with many participants from the Ministry of Commerce, representatives from the Ministry of Women's Affairs.

In her remarks, Her Excellency Minister recognized the commitment and enthusiasm of the Gender Working Group for their determination and hard work, which resulted in many achievements in promoting gender equality and empowering women's participation in decision-making. Additionally, Her Excellency also shared three key messages with the audience, including (1). Women must continue to enhance their capacity for digitalization aiming to explore new opportunities and positivity. (2). Continue to strengthen solidarity among women, and please seek your own strength, build self-confidence, and believe in yourself that you could also accomplish major responsibilities. and (3). The Ministry of Commerce will pay more attention to every female official during their maternity leave.
