(ភ្នំពេញ) ៖ នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃសុក្រ ទី២៣ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ នៅទីស្តីការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម លោកជំទាវ តាន់ ទេពីកណ្ណិកា អនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម តំណាងដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ លោកជំទាវ ចម និម្មល រដ្ឋមន្ដ្រីក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម បានទទួលជួបពិភាក្សាការងារជាមួយ លោកស្រី Anne De Graaf តំណាងក្រុមហ៊ុន HEINEKEN (CAMBODIA) CO., LTD.។

ក្នុងឱកាសនោះ លោកស្រី Anne De Graaf បានជម្រាបជូនអំពីសវតារ និងសកម្មភាពអាជីវកម្មរបស់ក្រុមហ៊ុនក្នុងប្រទេសកម្ពុជា ព្រមទាំងគោលជំហ៊ររបស់ខ្លួនក្នុងការធ្វើប្រតិបត្តិការណ៍ធុរកិច្ចប្រកបដោយទំនួលខុសត្រូវខ្ពស់ក្នុងសង្គម បរិស្ថាន សហគមន៍ និងដល់អ្នកទទួលទាន។

ជាកិច្ចឆ្លើយតប លោកជំទាវអនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ បានសម្ដែងនូវការកោតសរសើរ និងវាយតម្លៃខ្ពស់ចំពោះដំណោះស្រាយថាមពល ដែលក្រុមហ៊ុនបានយកមកប្រើប្រាស់ជំនួសថាមពលអគ្គីសនីបានប្រហែល ៦០% គឺថាមពលកម្តៅដែលចម្រាញ់ពីស្រូវអង្ករ។ បន្ថែមពីនេះ លោកជំទាវអនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ បានផ្តល់ជាការលើកទឹកចិត្តដល់ក្រុមហ៊ុនក្នុងការជ្រើសរើសបេក្ខភាពផ្សព្វផ្សាយពាណិជ្ជកម្ម (Influancer) និងមានប្រជាប្រិយភាពក្នុងចំណោមអ្នកទទួលទាន ដែលមានវ័យលើសពី ១៨ឆ្នាំ។

លោកជំទាវអនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ បន្តថា ក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្មទើបបានបង្កើតក្រុមប្រឹក្សាធុរកិច្ច នៃក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ដែលក្នុងចំណោមក្រុមការងារផ្សេងៗនៃក្រុមប្រឹក្សានេះ គឺមានក្រុមការងារទទួលខុសត្រូវផ្នែកសង្គមរបស់វិស័យឯកជន ដោយផ្តោតលើការជំរុញធុរជនក្នុងការប្រតិបត្តិអាជីវកម្ម ក្ដោបរួមទាំងគោលដៅនៃការស្វែងរកប្រាក់ចំណេញ ព្រមទាំងការគិតគូរដល់ឥទ្ធិពលលើសីលធម៌ សង្គម និងបរិស្ថាន ផងដែរ។ លើសពីនេះ ក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម កំពុងខិតខំប្រឹងប្រែងធ្វើសេចក្តីព្រាងច្បាប់ស្តីពីការកំណត់អាយុអប្បបរមាស្របច្បាប់សម្រាប់ការទិញភេសជ្ជៈគ្រឿងស្រវឹង និងថ្លែងអំណរគុណដល់ក្រុមហ៊ុនដែលបានផ្តល់នូវការគាំទ្រក្នុងកិច្ចការនេះកន្លងមក។

នៅកិច្ចបញ្ចប់ លោកជំទាវអនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការ បានសម្តែងការគាំទ្រដល់ក្រុមហ៊ុន HEINEKEN ចំពោះការចូលរួមយ៉ាងសកម្មក្នុងការផ្តួចផ្តើមគំនិតរៀបរៀង Self-Regulatory Code សម្រាប់ការផ្សាយពាណិជ្ជកម្មភេសជ្ជៈគ្រឿងស្រវឹង ដែលមានការឯកភាពពីក្រុមហ៊ុនស្រាបៀរមួយចំនួនធំផងដែរ។

(Phnom Penh): On the morning of Friday, 23 February 2024, at the Ministry of Commerce, Her Excellency TAN Tepikanika, Under Secretary of State of Commerce, high representative of Her Excellency CHAM Nimul, Minister of Commerce, received a courtesy call from Mrs. Anne De Graaf representative of HEINEKEN (CAMBODIA) CO., LTD.

On that occasion, Mrs. Anne De Graaf conducted a brief presentation on the commercial activities of the company in Cambodia and the company’s firm stand in operating business with responsibility to the society, environment, community and the direct consumers of HEINEKEN products.

Parallel to the company’s spirit of social responsibility, Her Excellency also raised that the ministry has recently established “Business Advisory Council of the Ministry of Commerce”, which also consist of a Corporate Social Responsibility working group, among others, which primarily focuses on encouraging businesses to operate in such a way that covers profitability as well as being responsible of moral social and environmental implications.

In response, Her Excellency expressed an interest and appreciation for the alternative energy solution, thermal energy deriving from rice grains, that the company has been using to reduce the amount of the traditional electricity consumption by approximately 60%. In addition, She encouraged the company to choose Influencer(s) that are older than 18 years old and are appealing among the older-than-18 years old demographic. Her Excellency also addressed the process of drafting the Sub-Decree on the Minimum Legal Purchasing Age for Alcoholic Beverages, which the Ministry of Commerce is undergoing and thanked the company the support on this work thus far.

In conclusion, Her Excellency expressed support to HEINEKEN for actively involving in the initiative of establishing the Self-Regulatory Code for the Advertisement of Alcoholic Beverages, with many other brewery companies already in agreement.
