(ទីក្រុងមែលប៊ន និងស៊ីដនី ប្រទេសអូស្ត្រាលី)៖ កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២៧ ខែមករា ដល់ថ្ងៃទី៧ ខែកុម្ភៈ ឆ្នាំ២០២៤ ឯកឧត្តម អ៊ុំ កុសល អនុរដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម តំណាងខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ លោកជំទាវ ចម និម្មល រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម បានចូលរួមជាមួយគណៈប្រតិភូជាន់ខ្ពស់កម្ពុជា ដែលដឹកនាំដោយ ឯកឧត្តម មាស សុខសេនសាន រដ្ឋលេខាធិការក្រសួងសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ ទៅធ្វើទស្សនកិច្ចសិក្សា នៅប្រទេសអូស្ត្រាលី ក្រោមក្របខណ្ឌជំនួយបច្ចេកទេសពីរដ្ឋាភិបាលអូស្ត្រាលី លើកម្មវិធីអភិវឌ្ឍន៍សមត្ថភាពស្ថាប័ន និងធនធានមនុស្សសម្រាប់យន្ដការភាពជាដៃគូររវាងរដ្ឋ និងឯកជននៅកម្ពុជា (Capacity Building Plan)។

គោលបំណងនៃទស្សនកិច្ចសិក្សា គឺដើម្បីធ្វើការសិក្សា និងស្វែងយល់បទពិសោធន៍ពីរដ្ឋាភិបាលអូស្ត្រាលី និងស្ថាប័នពាក់ព័ន្ធសំខាន់ៗផ្សេងទៀត ស្តីពីការអភិវឌ្ឍ និងការគ្រប់គ្រងគម្រោងហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធសាធារណៈ តាមយន្តការភាពជាដៃគូររវាងរដ្ឋ និងឯកជន (PPPs) ដោយផ្តោតលើវិស័យ និងហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធចំនួន ៥ រួមមាន៖ ការផ្គត់ផ្គង់ទឹកស្អាត កំពង់ផែស្វយ័ត កំពង់ផែទេសចរណ៍ ការគ្រប់គ្រងកាកសំណល់ មជ្ឈមណ្ឌលតាំងពិព័រណ៍ និងរថភ្លើងធន់ស្រាល។

ទស្សនកិច្ចសិក្សានេះ ត្រូវបានរៀបចំសហការរវាងអគ្គនាយកដ្ឋានភាពជាដៃគូរវាងរដ្ឋ និងឯកជន នៃក្រសួងសេដ្ឋកិច្ច និងហិរញ្ញវត្ថុ និងកម្មវិធីភាពជាដៃគូរសម្រាប់ការអភិវឌ្ឍហេដ្ឋារចនាសម្ព័ន្ធ (Partnership for Infrastructure “P4I”) នៃប្រទេសអូស្ត្រាលី។

His Excellency OUM Kosal, Under Secretary of State of Commerce, joined the Cambodian high-delegation study tour to Australia in the framework of a Capacity Building Plan (CBP) for Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs)

(Melbourne and Sydney, Australia): From 27 January to 07 February 2024, His Excellency OUM Kosal, Under Secretary of State of Commerce, and the High Representative of Her Excellency CHAM Nimul, Minister of Commerce, joined a high-delegation study tour led by His Excellency MEAS Soksensan, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) to Australia supported by Australian government in the framework of Capacity Building Plan (CBP) for Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs).

The purpose of the study tour was to build on the lessons learned from Australia and its relevant partners on the development and management of Public Infrastructure through Public and Private Partnerships (PPPs) with a focus on 5 sectors and infrastructures including water supply, Autonomous Port, Tourist port, solid waste management, Exhibition Center and light rail.

This study visit was jointly organized by the General Department of Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs), the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF), and Australia’s Partnership for Infrastructure (P4I).
