(ភ្នំពេញ)៖ នាព្រឹកថ្ងៃពុធ ទី១៥ ខែ វិច្ឆិកា ឆ្នាំ២០២៣ ប្រទេសទីម័រលេស្តេ បានសម្រេចចុះហត្ថលេខាលើកិច្ចសន្យាទិញអង្ករពីកម្ពុជាចំនួន ៤០០០តោន ជាលើកដំបូងក្រោមយន្តការរដ្ឋ បន្ទាប់ពីប្រទេសទាំងពីរបានចុះអនុស្សរណៈនៃការយោគយល់គ្នាស្តីពីការធ្វើពាណិជ្ជកម្មអង្ករ កាលពីថ្ងៃទី២០ ខែតុលា ឆ្នាំ២០២២ កន្លងទៅ រវាងក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្មកម្ពុជា និង ក្រសួងការបរទេសនិងសហប្រតិបត្តិការទីម័រលេស្តេ។
ពិធីចុះហត្ថលេខាខាងលើនេះ បានធ្វើឡើងក្នុងកិច្ចជំនួបពិភាក្សាការងាររវាង ឯកឧត្តម ចាន់ សុខទី ប្រតិភូរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា ទទួលបន្ទុកជាប្រធានអគ្គនាយកក្រុមហ៊ុនហ្រ្គីនត្រេដ នៃក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម តំណាងដ៏ខ្ពង់ខ្ពស់របស់ លោកជំទាវ ចម និម្មល រដ្ឋមន្ត្រីក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្ម ជាមួយនឹង គណៈប្រតិភូមកពីប្រទេសទីម័រលេស្តេ ដែលដឹកនាំដោយ លោក Anibal Carvalho Muniz តំណាងជាន់ខ្ពស់មកពីក្រសួងកិច្ចការសេដ្ឋកិច្ច នៃប្រទេសទីម័រលេស្តេ និងសហការីមកពី National Logistic Center (CLN) ព្រមទាំងមានការអញ្ជើញចូលរួមពី ឯកឧត្តមឯកអគ្គរដ្ឋទូតទីម័រលេស្តេប្រចាំកម្ពុជា ផងដែរ។
កិច្ចពិភាក្សាការងារនេះ បានធ្វើឡើងក្នុងគោលបំណងដើម្បីស្វែងយល់ពីសក្តានុពលក្នុងកិច្ចសហប្រតិបត្តិការធ្វើពាណិជ្ជកម្មអង្ករ រវាងក្រុមហ៊ុនហ្រ្គីនត្រេដ និងចរចាពីលក្ខខណ្ឌបច្ចេកទេស ក្នុងការនាំចេញទៅប្រទេសទីម័លេស្តេផងដែរ។
ឯកឧត្តមប្រតិភូរាជរដ្ឋាភិបាលកម្ពុជា បានបញ្ជាក់ផងដែរថា នេះជាការបើកច្រកទីផ្សារថ្មីបន្ថែមទៀតសម្រាប់កម្ពុជា ក្នុងវិស័យស្រូវអង្ករ ហើយកម្ពុជាដែលមានក្រសួងពាណិជ្ជកម្មជាសេនាធិការនឹងបន្តខិតខំស្វែងរកទីផ្សារថ្មីៗបន្ថែមទៀតលើវិស័យនេះ៕

(Phnom Penh): In the morning of Wednesday, 15 November 2023, Timor-Leste decided to sign a contract to buy 4,000 tons of rice from Cambodia for the first time under the state mechanism after the two countries signed a memorandum of understanding on Rice trade on 20 October 2022 between the Ministry of Commerce of Cambodia and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation of Timor-Leste.
The above signing ceremony was held during a working meeting between His Excellency Chan Sok Ty, Royal Government of Cambodia Delegate in charge of the President of Green Trade Company of the Ministry of Commerce, High Representative of Her Excellency CHAM Nimul, Minister of Commerce, and the delegation from Timor-Leste, led by Mr. Anibal Carvalho Muniz, Senior Representative of the Ministry of Economic Affairs of Timor-Leste and colleagues from the National Logistic Center (CLN), as well as the presence of the Ambassador of Timor-Leste to Cambodia.
The meeting were aimed to exploring the potential for rice trade cooperation between Green Trade Company and negotiating technical terms for export to Timor-Leste.
His Excellency the Royal Government of Cambodia also confirmed that this is to open more new markets for Cambodia in the rice sector of Cambodia and the Ministry of Commerce of Cambodia will continue to seek new markets in this field.
