HEREBY PROMULGATE The
law adopted by the National Assembly dated December 28, 1993 on the
ratification of the Development Credit Agreement for the year 1994 approved
on November 05, 1993 between the Kingdom of Cambodia and the International Development Agency. Law on the ratification of the Development Credit
Agreement for the year 1994 approved on November 05, 1993 between the
Kingdom of Cambodia and the
International Development Agency. Article 1: Has been ratified the
Development
Credit Agreement for the year 1994 approved on November 05, 1993 whereby the
International Development Agency has accorded to
the Kingdom of Cambodia the amount of FORTY FIVE MILLION AND TWO HUNDRED
THOUSAND (45,200,000) SDR (Special Drawing Rights) to strengthen the
economic activities and the rehabilitate of the public infrastructure in
particular in the fields agriculture, education, heath care, electricity and
transportation. Article 2: This
law is promulgated as urgent.
