the Constitution of the Kingdom of Cambodia;

Seen
the Royal Decree of His majesty the King of Cambodia Samdech Preach
Norodom Sihanouk Varman dated November 01,
1993 on the Appointment of the Royal Government;
-
Seen
the Royal Decree No.93 dated October 24,1994 on the Reorganisation of
the Composition of the Royal Government of Cambodia;
-
Seen
the Sub-Decree No.13 dated June 19, 1991 of the Council of Ministers on
the Roles Responsibilities and the Organization of the Ministry of
Commerce; and
-
Pursuant
to the needs of the Ministry
It
is Hereby Decided
Article
1:
Imported food and locally produced food products shall have an expiry date.
Article 2:
Sellers shall be accountable for the quality and expiry date of its food
products.
Article 3:
Any person who imports or exports food products shall obtain clearance from
the customs
department that will issue a expiry date certificate.
Article 4:
After customs clearance, the owner shall pay customs duties on its food
products in accordance with the joint declaration of the Ministry of
Commerce and the Ministry of Economy and Finances.
Article 5:
The Chief of Cabinet, the Director of Customs and the Department Chief of
the Foreign Trade shall implement this declaration from the date of its
signatures.
