ANUKRET
on the Transfer of the Topography Department of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries to the Office of the Council of Ministers

• Seen the Constitution of the Kingdom of Cambodia;

• Seen the Royal Decree of His Majesty the Kingdom of Cambodia, Samdech Preach NORODOM SIHANOUK VARMAN, dated  November1, 1993 on the       Formation of the Royal Government;

• Seen the Law on the Organization and Functioning of the Council of Ministers and its promulgation by Royal Decree (Kram), dated July 20, 1994; and

• Pursuant to their main needs.

IT IS HEREBY DECIDED

Article 1:

To transfer the Department of Topography from the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries, including its staff, properties and assets to the Cabinet of the Council of Ministers.

Article 2:

Any regulations being contrary to this Sub-decree shall be annulled.

Article 3:

The Co-ministers in charge of the Cabinet of the Council of Ministers, the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry, and Fisheries, the Minister of Economy and Finances, the Under Secretaries of State Public Works and Transports, Ministers or Secretaries of State of institutions concerned shall implement this Sub-Decree from the date of its signature.
