ANUKRET
on the Addition of a National Holiday

 

Royal Government of Cambodia

  • Seen the Constitution of the Kingdom of Cambodia;

  • Seen the Royal Decree of His Majesty the Kingdom of Cambodia, Samdech Preach NORODOM SIHANOUK VARMAN, dated  November1, 1993 on the       Formation of the Royal Government;

  • Seen the Law on the Organization and Functioning of the Council of Ministers and its promulgation by Royal Decree (Kram), dated July 20, 1994; and

  • Referring to the Request of the Commission in charge of National and International Ceremonies No 325-94 dated September 28, 1994

 

IT IS HEREBY DECIDED

 

Article   1:

To add to the Sub-decree No 03 dated January 5, 1995 on the Calendar of National Holidays for civil-servants, employees and workers in 1995, the 24th of September as the anniversary of Preah Bat NORODOM SIHANOUK VARMAN succession to the throne.

 

Article  2:

The Co-ministers in charge of the Cabinet of the Council of Ministers, Ministers and Secretaries of State of all Ministries and State Secretariats shall implement this Sub-Decree from the date of its signatures.
