LAW ON THE AMENDMENT TO ARTICLE 28 OF THE CONSTITUTION OF THE KINGDOM OF CAMBODIA

 

This law was adopted by the National Assembly of the Kingdom of Cambodia

on July 14, 1994 at its extraordinary session.

 

The single article:

The article  28 of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Cambodia shall amend as below:

 

The new article 28:

The King shall sign the law promulgating the Constitution, laws (Kram) adopted by the National Assembly, and sign decrees (Kret) presented by the Council of Minister. In the event the King shall become ill and have to undergo medical treatments outside Cambodia, he shall have the power to delegate through a royal delegation of authority to the Acting Head of State the authority to sign on the laws (Kram) and decrees (Kret).

 

This Law was adopted by the National Assembly of the Kingdom of Cambodia on July 14, 1994 at its extraordinary session.
