Anukret

On the
Supplementary Salary of Civil Servants, Military,
National Police, Retiree and Disabledle Officials 

The Royal Government of Cambodia
 

  • Referring to the 1993 Constitution of the Kingdom of Cambodia;

  • Referring to Reach Kret No. NS/RKT/1198/72 of November 30, 1998 on the formation of the Royal Government of Cambodia;

  • Referring to Reach Kram No. 02/NS/94 of July 20, 1994 promulgating the Law on the Organization and Functioning of the Council of Ministers;

  • Referring to Reach Kram No. NS/RKM/0196/18 of January 24, 1996, promulgating the Law on the Establishment of the Ministry of Economy and Finance;

  • Referring to Reach Kram No. 0l/NS/RKM/01 of December 28, 1993 promulgating the Law on the Financial System

  • Referring to Kram No. NS/RKM/1299/15 of December 26, 1999 on the Year 2000 Financial Management Law.

  • Referring to Reach Kret No. 06/ANK/BK of January 20, 1999 on the allocation of budget credits into chapter of the Year 1999 Financial Management Law

  • Referring to Anukret No. 07/ANK/BK of January 20, 1999, regarding the transfer of budget revenue and credit to new ministry or institution

  • Pursuant to the decision of the Council of Ministers on April 2, 1999, and

  • Pursuant to proposal of the Royal Government.


IT IS HEREBY DECIDEDS

 

Article 1:     To authorize an increase of 30% of the net salary for civil servants, military, national police, retiree, and disabled officials. 

Article 2:     Such increase (30%) in salary shall become effective from May 1999 onward. 

Article 3:     The Minister in charge of' the Office of the Council of Ministers, the Minister of Economy and Finance, and. all other concerned ministries and institutions shall effectively implement this Anukret from the date of its signature.
