SECHDKEY CHUN DAMNENG (NOTICE)

ON THE OBLIGATIONS TO PROVIDE INFORMATION REGARDING THE IMPORT AND EXPORT ACTIVITIES OF INVESTMENT ENTERPRISES

With reference being made to Anukret No. 53/ANK/BK of June 11, 1999 on the Amendment of Anukret No 88/ANK/BK of December 29, 1997 on the Implementation of the Law on Investment of the Kingdom of Cambodia. 

The Council for the Development of Cambodia / Cambodian Investment Board “CDC/CIB” is very pleased to inform all approved Investment Enterprises in the Kingdom of Cambodia that effective from the third quarter of 1999, every Investment Enterprise shall submit on a quarterly basis to the CDC, the Tax Department, and the Customs Department an itemized list of actual import of goods, raw materials, and production means used for production and an itemized list of actual export of goods at the latest 15 days following the end of each quarter. 

The CDC/CIB is counting on your collaboration in order for effectively implementing this Notice.
