  • Subject to Article 11 in Chapter 2 of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Cambodia, adopted September 21, 1994.

 

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED

 

Article 1:

The promulgation of the Amendment to Article 28 of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Cambodia adopted July 14, 1994.

 

Article 2:

This Royal Decree (Kram)  shall enter into force from the date of the signature.
