Organization Structure

Legal Affairs Division consists of three offices:

  1. Commercial Law Office
  2. Company Registration Office
  3. Commercial Dispute Settlement Office

The Legal Affairs Division is directly supervise by a Director General and Deputy Directors General. This Division is headed by a director and Deputy Director, its offices are also led by a chief and Deputy Chiefs.

Duties and Responsibilities

Duties Relating to Commercial Law Office

  1. To draft all the laws of Commercial Code.
  2. To study, Research and establish legal documents which relating to the Commercial Law and Commercial Treaty.
  3. To maintenance the Commercial Law and Commercial Treaty.
  4. To provide assistance to the leaders of the Ministry.
  5. Give advice to the other entities and Commercial Enterprises.
  6. To participate in training program for the staff of the Legal Affairs Division and the Ministry.
  7. Governance of the capacity to conduct commercial activities as provided in the law on Commercial rule and Registration.
  8. Settle the problem occurred by the Registration.
  9. Company Registration.

Duties Relation to Commercial Dispute Settlement Office

  1. Give advice and inquire the implementation of commercial law and commercial treaty.
  2. To resolve and settle the national and international disputes.
  3. To cooperate with other divisions under the Ministry of Commerce in order to settle dispute.
  4. To cooperate with the competent authority and court in order to resolve dispute.
  5. To prepare the dispute documents to submit to the court.
  6. Settle the dispute occurred by the Registration
